toys taxi attack: my bug day, the book was created as the catalogue for my MFA thesis exhibition, though it functions as an artwork rather than documentation. Instead of producing a traditional catalogue of installation photographs and essays, I transformed a children’s cardboard book into an extension of the exhibition itself. The book brings together imagery and ideas from multiple bodies of work, reflecting themes of childhood, memory, domestic life, play, vulnerability, and wonder. Its nonlinear structure echoes the exhibition’s visual language, allowing viewers to experience the work through fragments rather than chronology.
